This project explores a series of design options to enhance the amenity, compliance, and liveability of an existing 1970s brick apartment building. Our approach considers internal reconfigurations, the introduction of northern-facing balconies and large openings, and, in some cases, the addition of new upper levels to create spacious multi-story homes.
