Engaged to prepare a comprehensive review of an entire campus and its current user experiences, several key outcomes emerged. One of the primary recommendations was to enhance the reception and uniform shop experience to better reflect and align with the school’s values. The proposed upgrades aim to create a welcoming and cohesive environment that resonates with the community’s expectations and supports the school’s ethos.
